Having served in a variety of pastoral leadership capacities in rural Canadian and suburban Asian and American churches in Canada and the United States since 1992, I have a special burden for global leadership development in the local church and parachurch ministries.
My academic background includes a Th.M. in Pastoral Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. I currently serve as the director of Dallas Theological Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program. My passion is to equip and empower global executive, pastoral, and educational ministry leaders who impact the next generation for the cause of Christ.
I am married to my best friend, Debbie. Debbie is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She has worked in private practice, social work, and government related services. Presently Debbie devotes her time and talent to homeschooling two of our three children.
